In a significant development ahead of the new football season, Thomas Frank has been officially appointed as Head Coach of Tottenham Hotspur on a contract that runs until 2028.
A statement from on Tottenham‘s website said the Danish tactician, widely regarded as one of the most innovative minds in English football, brings a wealth of experience following his transformative tenure at Brentford.
The Alarmee reports that Frank joined the West London club in 2016 and played a pivotal role in their rise from the Championship to becoming a stable and respected Premier League side—consistently exceeding expectations along the way.
The club described Frank as “one of the most progressive and innovative head coaches within the game,” citing his proven success in squad development, tactical flexibility, and leadership.
Frank will be joined by a new-look backroom team that includes Justin Cochrane (First Team Assistant Coach), Chris Haslam (Head of Performance & First Team Assistant Coach), and Joe Newton (First Team Coach Analyst) from Brentford. Additionally, Andreas Georgson joins from Manchester United as First Team Assistant Coach.
The appointment signals a bold, forward-thinking vision for the club’s future.
